Well, I thought I already reviewed on this one, but apparently not. Very well done, as your Acrostics always are. Your lengthy style is unique, but puts in the questions we often ask as human beings. We do often not turn to God except in asking and I am trying harder as I age to remember to thank Him for the blessings I do have and not just for help with the trials in my life. We do often ask, "Why does God let this happen?" I imagine all our questions will be answered someday about that. I try to maintain my Faith, even when obstacles occur. This is very nicely done with beautiful art chosen. Good Luck!

A great write about our sincere believes and having faith in God.
God put us on Earth blessed with a very powerful tool and that is an ability to reason and make sound decisions called a brain. With our brain plus the emotions present in all of us, we should be able to make a decision in line with God's teachings.
The problem here is we humans do not want to do the right thing cinsumed by greed and influenced by worldly tempations. We succumbed to our material needs and our heart's desires. Therefore, we are responsible for all the our own failures, crimes and worldly destructions.
God intervenes at the right time to stop cruelty or oppression but at the mean time, we have to experience the wrath of our own doings.
Thank you for sharing and pointing out the mistakes of all of us in written form.Somebody has to say something and wake us up in our own delusional self.

I admired another of your spiritual acrostics. Your admonition to not make God responsible for our sufferings or treat Him as our last resort is very powerful. Your use of alliteration intensifies your message. I hope your entry was well recognized in the contest. Cheers- Joan

This acrostic poem has a lot to say. I especially like the lines about how man blames God for what man does to himself or others. God isn't our servant to fix everything for us. It is the other way around. We are to serve Him.

There's an essance of spiritual zoning in this acrostic, a chanting rhythm fixating on God as the central theme. Each line continues with a circling, like a tornado, which allows the God theme to act as the power that draws in the air to the middle.
A mix of praise and contemplation.

A great lesson in your poem I very much appreciate reading. I agree that often we turn to God as a last resort when we should go to Him daily about every need beforehand. But God understands us and at least we have Him to turn to when life gets overbearing. You've covered some very key points in the Christian faith and it was nice to read this and be reminded. Maybe some further tightening of sentences might help to create a smooth poem and I find the use of the word "God" is used quite a bit maybe too much here; there are other names for God you might consider like Yeshuah, Yahweh, Adonai, etc. There's so many names for God it's good to be reminded of them all; just a thought.

I don't normally attend worship services on Saturday mornings, but your poem had everything except the collection plate! I think you covered it well. It was long. Are you Baptist?

I'm unsure if MY personal conversations with God would qualify me to teach anyone, but I think your poem is inspiring because it's the way we should live, talking with Him ceaselessly. As a Christian, I try to emulate my Saviour. Is that what you are saying, my friend?

What a very spiritual poem speaking of how we shouldn't blame God for everything that happens to us. You tell us how we should take responsibility for our own actions and pray to God for help and forgiveness. EXCELLENT. Read mine, also, and my 2 books for sale in my portfolio. lolol liberty justice
