Way to go postal Patty, you did a good job of soldiering through the frustrations of what we call government red tape. I seriously doubt you would go postal though.

So they should have gotten scolded for not answering their phones. That's annoying. I wonder if you thought to ask the neighbors which post office to contact? Just a thought.
