What an incredible story. staged, developed and presented by a major studio, this could be a blockbuster of a movie that I would definitely pay to see. I find it incredible that no studio has even as far as I know, tried to make a movie out of this wild, but very interesting story.

I saw the movie titled "WOMAN", from which the photo you've used accompanying your chilling poem was taken, Meia.
Now, I do NOT frighten easily, nor am I squeamish.
But this...this film is truly one of the most disturbing I have ever seen.
You've done the filmmaker proud with your deeply disturbing poem.
Rock on, M'Lady of Midnight...

A very well-written poem telling a very sad historic story of a child growing up in the wild. Maybe she got lost and was never found by her own parents who never gave up looking for her, but she ends up very far from where she was lost.

A real story retold in an epical spirit, the quest for status is evidently explored, I liked the pathos, enjoyed the catch, free flow of thoughts, passionate visual imagery, narrative taletelling, the ending with a decisive percolation in humane state, and enjoyed the diction and the classic portrayal of the work.

An awesome, primarily free verse narrative of epic proportions, accompanied by extraordinary author's notes. That a feral child could even survive in these dark times is extraordinary in itself. Interesting choice of punctuation at times. I would be inclined to lose the periods (.) but more so the dashes at the end of of lines (-). Allow the reader to pause where they choose. DJ

What an amazing story. We've always heard stories, usually many make believe, and this might have been the first that was true. You've done a lot of research, and seem to do so frequently, and on unusual subjects. I like the uniqueness of your work.
Take care,
Rhonda

Excellent. You do a great job at writing about historical characters. I always learn something I didn't know before. After reading your story, I usually go to google to do more research on your posts. You are the most informative person on this site.

Hello Meia,
This is excellent narrative free verse. You had me attentive and riveted all the way through. As for the author notes ... fascinating. Might I suggest that you post the entire body of the notes as a non-fiction essay? It's worthy of such.
Well done! Have a great week,
Until next time,

That was very well written, flowed smoothly for easy reading. The description of her behaviours was visceral. Could relate to how she would be treated.
