It's like reading in between the lines and actually getting to know the person. Us people are complicated and just because you think you know someone doesn't mean you know you know a person. Great job

I like your poem. It makes a bold statement. Quiet true, you cannot hear ink, but it carries a loud message sometimes. Nice Quinzaine poem. Unusual subject, but very unique. Says a lot with few words.

Great picture for a very clever quinzaine. You should do well in the contest. But you converse with us through LCD mostly, not through ink; quick, dear, my editing pen!

In reading this poem, and I have to admit the picture did help - I came to realize that you are correct. On FS, we see a person's name. In fact, we may even come to recognize it after a while. Yet, in most case we rarely get to know the person behind it.
Thanks for sharing this. JW

Words for all of us here.
Not only do I relate but live those words every moment.
Especially when the muses take flight.
I know of no writer regardless of his or her genre that wouldn't want your words near them.
Thanks

The question in the poem is spoken by the invisible muse that silently inspires the creation of the writing piece. The ink pen is the vehicle by which your thoughts are written on paper. The words are the physical manifestation of your inspirational muse. Sometimes, that voice falls silent and the writer suffers artistic agony. The poem meets the requirements of a quinzaine. This poem is a beautiful example of writers block.

The words spoken by the mouth are easily heard. Those spoken by the heart must be heard by the soul. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read. Good luck in your contest.
