I very much enjoyed your contribution and your nice poetry form. I enjoyed reading, and how you personified the piano so lovingly in your poem.

This is a simple poem on the surface but demonstrates the complexity of relationships using music as a metaphor. Nicely done in three stanzas.

I enjoyed your interpretation of this picture for the challenge :) Just looking at the piano my fingers are itching to play it. I can just imagine what a piano tuner could do to spruce it all up to look and play admirably.

Happy New Year, Joy! Thank you hon, for this "itching" review :) Didn't know you played. I have lil short fingers, not conducive to playing piano.
Always,
Missy

I've only been drinking coffee so far today and yet I swear I am seeing double. Two entries to the challenge. You must have liked the picture. This is nice, like "If music be the food of love, play on." I think that good old Willie, Romeo and Juliet.

I almost deleted this thinking I got the same post twice. Glad I read it first. Two very different poems you have created here, but each one very good. It's a great gift in life to find someone who tickles the keys of our heart and makes life exciting and new.

True, Mel. This one was the first I wrote some time ago when I saw the picture. The second came to me yesterday while looking at the picture again.
Thank you for not deleting and leaving this lovely review for me :)
Always,
Missy

The keys of your heart is a metaphor that expresses that it's not easy to turn that key, but when it does it's magic. Well done. Les
