I wish I had a six left for this one. You nailed it. My only question is for the news media. Surely THEY will not fall victim to gang retaliation. So why do THEY not report on black on black killings every single day till someone (like you, perhaps) comes up with a REAL solution???? THe media is useless. We're better off not having them, since they feed propaganda to the public more than anything else, and keep the real news away from people.
