I think I feel the same "pull" but it is usually during the day, when it's almost time to cook lunch and/or supper. But, I sleep pretty good at night. I enjoyed your approach to the Eagles title and at some level I can relate to your write. Great write.

Just hits way too close to home. If I didn't have the fabulous hubby that I like to cuddle with at night, I'm sure I would resist going to bed at night for just one last look at FanStory. Can't imagine anyone on this site that doesn't see themself in this posting. Good luck in the contest.

I'm willing to bet that this isn't fiction as categorized. It sounds too real to be a made-up story. There is an insidious power to these electronic devices. They are addictive. And, sites like FS are addictive too. Your well-written story should strike a chord with a lot of readers.

I have more will power than you. I turn the computer off at four and leave it until I get up next morning. At first I was obsessed but learned quickly nothing changes very fast and it will all be there in the morning. Love the red eyed dog. Looks like he needs sleep. LOL Funny poem.
