I don't find this confusing, I followed the story line. It is amazing how this tale has changed from the first attempt. Knowing that there is some true stories woven into this makes it even more interesting.

Actually the entire book is loosely based on a compilation of 5 real serial killers. Glad you are enjoying this.

Ah, now you really have my interest. I can't admit it to just anyone, cause it is creepy, but serial killers are very interesting to me. You know we had two here, both are now in jail. One was sort of just a garden variety, but the other one...well I still can't believe there hasn't been a movie...there has been a really badly written book. Rumors that it might become a movie.
How's the Mexican breakfast club?

It is doing fine. I have a couple of stories in the works, just haven't had much time to finish them.

Wow, girlfriend. You're right...this is very heavy chapter. Man, that whole family was sick and/or tormented. What a way to live. No wonder his mind was warped. Very well written chapter.

typo - I couldn't tell IS she was serious or being sarcastic
typo - YOU father began acting strange
they were from Blaine, Washington - add the comma
Wow, that is some revelation from Dad as he is beating James' mother up
typo - died before YOU father was born
What a totally horrific story of James' father's life - no wonder the man went batshit crazy.
Oh, that ending has given me chills - I hope you reveal the contents of those letters soon. Brooke
P.S. - it's not confusing to me.

I can understand how James feels. The need to know is great but the truth is sometimes harder to accept. Especially when it is such a horror story. On top of knowing these people are your relatives. Very well written. I wonder if he will tell Mac everything?

Just between you and me, yes, eventually....he needs a little time to digest everything first.

This continues to be tense and fast paced (although too slow in posting for my eager mind!). One keeps thinking, "How much worse can it get?"
But, like watching two trains about to collide, the reader just doesn't seem to be able to take their eyes away.
Wonderful work!

Sorry you have to wait so long... have a tendency to keep changing the chapters. I'll try to be a little quicker. Glad you liked this one.
