Hi Carol, thank you for your review. Originally I went for the guy thing, but thought it too obvious, thus changed it to mum. Warmest regards and hugs, Marijke

Great decision on your part...adds a much stronger emotion to the story line...Carol

Okay the mom thng was funny, I honestly thought she would turn out to be a guy. But the mom thing may actually be more tramatizing. LOL. This was perfect for the contest and quite fun. Good luck

Well done Marijke. I like the concept of the son getting sprung by his mother - or vice versa. Dialogue and characters believeable. Well written without any clutter or spags.
Have a great day, hugs Mia

Thanks Mia, I changed it a couple of times before I was happy with it. Let's just hope his mother was single! Warmest regards and hugs, Marijke xxxxxxxx

Hahaha - your sense of humour is fantastic! Well, mums these days are not matronly as in the days of old - I know some 60 year "young" mums.....

Yes, so do I - I'm one of them! But I do draw the line at wigs and mini-skirts! Thanks for your warm review and rating. Warmest regards, Marijke

lmao!
Very clever indeed! Great dialogue, very natural and drew me in and along as if I were right there with them. What a great twist at the end.
I'm sure this will do very well, if not win, the contest. Good luck to you!
::I'm still laughing::
Warm wishes
Kat
