I really love how your poem makes me think about the similarities between birds and humans! I also like how you ask "Why are all birdies called the same?" - that's a good question. Your poem beautifully shares some interesting questions. Keep it up!

Interesting. And well constructed, too.
And some birds are extremely smart. Ravens are famously intelligent. I saw a video just today of a magpie. In order to drink from a nearly, but not quite water bottle, it picked up a stone. Dropping it into the bottle raised the water level, enabling the bird to reach the water. It did it twice! Some birds learned to drop coconut-sized nuts (maybe coconuts, I don't remember) onto a slab rock, breaking them to be eaten.

I know crows do that - drop nuts to break the shell. They can even be trained to play soccer! Lol. And talk! Some birds are really amazing! Thanks so much, for sharing and reviewing, Wayne! Hugs!
