My daughter who is going to be 60 on 14 June has had a pacemaker at her heart for almost 6 years matter fact, her pacemaker was putting on her birthday when she was 54 years old. It's wonderful things that they can do with the heart today and I'm so thankful that she had that opportunity to have a longer life because of it. Patricia.

Aren't you short a word with this line:
"I want you meet our new neighbor," like to.
Maybe it was one too many syllables, I did not notice if it was a contest entry.

I enjoyed this lighthearted poem with uplifting sentiment. The repeat lines - Man! I am bursting forth! - works well to add to the sense of joyful and upbeat way of life now that things are on the up with a new PM companion. A great entry for the free verse poem contest. Keep on ticking :-)
