The author's words are secure, accepting, meaningful, descriptive and
creative. I found these words working towards finding peace on the other
side and as the author states "learning the ropes"! The poem flows and
connects well. The artwork is beautiful and compliments this poem.

Thanks, Maria. We will all be looking for a little peace after living in the mess on Earth.

Paul, This is a very nice and very well written poem about what lies ahead when we reach the other side. I look forward to that time in my life. I know Heaven must be so beautiful and no pain, heartache, grief, sickness or bad things. Thank you for sharing. Blessings Teri

Great poem for the contest. This is a poem that expresses your hope in the afterlife as a place of harmony and peace. Nice use of rhymes throughout the poem. Well done as an expression of your faith.

This deserves 6 stars. It's beautifully written, it flows well and has some great imagery in it. I wonder what heaven will be like. I'm not in any hurry to find out though! Best of luck in the contest. :)

I am 100% certain you will find God there. Of course, in Heaven there are no sides, there is just peace. Thank you for sharing this beautifully written contest entry with us. I enjoyed reading and wish you luck with the contest.

Thanks, Barb. The one thing that boggles my mind is the billions and billions of souls that must be there.

****** This poem deserves six stars for creativity, imagination, originality and perfection in rhyme and meter. I ran out too quickly this week! I truly enjoyed the whole thing. If I might make one tiny suggestion, I would like to see one word changed... "Who, years ago, they breathed their last" To me, this would sound lovelier if it read, "have breathed their last." But it has to sound better to you also. So... thanks for the delightful read and best of luck in this contest. MM

Thanks, Adonna. I appreciate your suggestion. I will probably not make the change, but make sure you keep the suggestions coming. Many times I have changed things because of input from FS members.

I loved this, Paul. You have covered all the bases of grace and the wonderment of the afterlife. I genuinely believe this is not the end for us, and you have written this with your usual encapsulating style. Best, JohnC
