DARN you had to end it right there. I wanted to read what was going to happen next. This is very good.
When he Picked it up, Bessie watched as he read the addressee's name (lower case 'p' needed on 'picked')
Gwendolyn stood up and went to stand next to Jenkins. (went to stand beside Jenkins)

-A very good opening when Miles can't help but notice the package.
-You do a good job with the discussion about the letters between Josh and Miles, and Josh brings up a good point about where the money went.
-I thought Bessie didn't want Miles going to Crankston-Smythe, but maybe that's why she wanted Miles to find the letters, and she will be instigating another visit, this time to Gwendolyn, and with the request for Margot to bring pencil and paper, who knows what will happen!!
-The two of them aren't taking anything from the butler, and make their points very clear.
-I like Gwendolyn's mention of putting her in the basement; she and Jenkins would be capable of it, if it weren't for Bessie!
-An excellent ending, and I look forward to the next episode.
-Well done, my friend!!
