Your word choice is sublime. You paint a picture that enthralls me. I wanted so much in my younger days to travel to England, France Germany, etc. I did manage to get to the Far East, but that was supposed to be only the first leg, wound up being the only one. The biggest takeaway I get from your beautiful poem is, that in the arms of true love, no place, no weather, nothing can take away or diminish the pleasure you find in each other.

Congratulations on your upcoming 43rd wedding anniversary.
Our marriage is the 2nd for both of us and we don't want to miss any opportunity to enjoy the world, our blessings and each other.
Interesting, my first wedding was on June 30th and lasted 30 years. In three more years, we will have equaled that number. Guess I showing my age here. (smile)
So pleased that your love has grown a hundredfold as well. You have definitely touched my heart today.

This is a nicely done love poem both about love on nature and love of spouse. It uses nature and weather as metaphors for the easy times and hard times in a relationship. It shows the strength it takes for a relationship to last.
