He's so lucky to have you! I'm so glad he got to know his birth mom and you guys made it work. I can't imagine having to learn how handle that and the process of getting there. However, I do love how your kids took to Johnathan. You did a great job with this :)

Wow, thank you for your very kind words! A lovely review. A reviewer reminded me of the word limit - so I have had to cut it back severely for the contest. I think you saw the long version - so many thanks for your time and willingness to read such a long piece. I appreciate it a lot!

Though your ups and downs with Jonathan are different than mine with my son, I can relate to how different it is to raise a disabled child and also how others look at you and your family. Your efforts put you in high standings with our Lord, my dear, and you deserve every reward reaped on you. I still find myself occasionally losing it when John doesn't understand what I am saying or does something absolutely crazy, but then I am angrier at myself for it. It's a tough road. You are to be commended.

Thank you Carol. A beautiful review. You understand perfectly. I was and am very much aware of my short-comings with him. A reviewer reminded me there was a word limit - so I have had to cut it back by half! There is a new modified version in there now. I appreciate your thoughtful comments - and also the beautiful six stars, a valued rating, and I consider myself honoured.
