You did wonderfully for the confines that you were under such as the limits placed on you for what words you had to include. I am impressed with the serious attempt you made to do everything just right. Well done! You gave a 12 word sentence to ponder and consider with all the trappings of a poignant and wise statement that would put any other entry to shame! I loved the status of ourselves included within the personality theme. And when you mention publish, speak or express you cover nearly every mode of communication known to us.

A twelve word sentence, with six of them imposed. A contest restricted to 5 members. Highly paid for reviews. This is probably a scam to trawl for reviews votes or attention. What kind of person would join in such an approach?

I've always thought that a contest should suggest a topic then ALL the contestants can create an item to fit the requirements, rather than someone writing their own story or poem then trying to think up as many rules as possible to fit their own contest entry and make it as difficult as possible for others to write something.
Having said that, judging your paragraph on what it contains I agree with what you say: how we communicate directly reveals who we are.
