Hi Sandra, this is getting more spooky by the minute. Margot feels that way, as well, and who is Bessie? Is she living in real time or is she s ghost? I have my thoughts. I can't wait reading to see where you're taking this. Big hugs, Ulla xxx

I hadn't intended it to be spooky, but it certainly is turning out that way. Thanks so much, Ulla, for this lovely review. I really appreciate you fabulous comments, and the wonderful sixth star. Love and hugs, my friend. Sandra xx

O dear, Lord! Is Margot becoming Meg? This is so incredibly good! I think she's starting to have feelings for Miles too. Hence her not leaving the house to go to work. I don't feel like she's being possessed. I feel like she is slowly returning to a previous life. I won't try to read in anymore. Love it!

I know an author never reveals only unravels slowly. I wish that weren't so! Thanks Sandra.

There is definitely something going on that, I'm sure we'll learn later. But you've got me wanting to hurry up and I can't imagine having to wait 40 plus days. LOL. Thanks for sharing. It's always a pleasure to waltz along in your imagination.

This chapter and the book itself is a definite winner. You are superb at this "ghost stuff" and it seems real as I imagine it happening. Margot is struggling and I doubt she returns to work (whether by her choice or his I don't know) but I believe her life has taken a turn and there is no going back. Bessie is there to lead and help I believe, but I doubt she will be responsible for any decisions (only suggestions). As she has difficulty breathing, is Meg drawing her into the grave or trying to claim her body? WEll done and I am anxious to read on, of course. It's a spectacular book!
Hugs and all my love, Carol

Aw, what a lovely compliment, Carol, thank you so much. All this is leading to a point that will suprise Margot, but not Bessie. Thank you, dear friend, for the lovely sixth star! Love and hugs, Sandra xxx

This a very eerie story. It is if Bessie was alive when the Meg lived. I'm wondering if Margot will ever be able to go back to work or to move away from this house that seem to control what she can do. I looking forward to more.

It's decision time in the next chapter. :)) Thank you, Beth, for another lovely review. I'm still not sure what catagory to put this book in. What do you think? Warm hugs, dear friend. :) SAndra xx

Hi Sandra,
Good stuff once again. There's definitely a weird pull on Margot from that house. And up pops Bessie out of the... ether.
She could almost believe he was solid as she unfurled herself, her pains had mysteriously gone. - you could remove 'had' from here. it's a minor little thing but makes things more immediate.
The gate, made in such a way to keep the sheep in the graveyard and out of harm from the road - don't really need the comma here.
Her feet along were dragging heavily as she forced herself along. - this read quite awkwardly to me, the inversion.
All the best

Thank you, Gareth, for another helpful review. I noticed that last line just now and realised I'd left the word 'along' in there, when I should have deleted it. It's not there now. The other nits, I'll go and sort those out after this. Thank you again, for another lovely review! Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

Take it easy. What's the weather like there. It's miserable here. Wet... surprising for Ireland, I know!

Same here, windy, wet and miserable. I was surprised to learn it was raining in Ireland!! LOL!

-This is an excellent chapter, Sandra.
-Margot is having a horrible case of anxiety.
-You do a good job showing how it is impacting her thoughts and behavior.
-Anyone who has had a panic attack can relate to it.
-Hopefully, that gets better since she can't really afford not to work.
-The scene in the graveyard was done well, and I was expecting her to find the graves of Miles and Meg.
-It was a surprise that Bessie came in the scene from out of nowhere,
although that is probably routine for her:)
-Maybe it would have helped if Meg had been able to get in the church, or maybe not, considering how things have been going.
-A good job with this one, my friend!!

Bessie has pointed to the graves, it's just that Margot is having trouble going up to Megs. You'll learn about that at the beginning of Chapter 7. I didn't want to add it to this part because it would make it much to long.
Yes, Bessie does appear to appear (lol) unexpectedly a lot. Hmm.
Thank you so much, Pam, for this lovely review. I really appreciate it and the golden star. Love and hugs. Sandra xxx

You are very welcome and deserving of the stars and review, Sandra, and thanks for sharing about that scene.
