So sorry to hear this Miss Linda. I didn't know him on here, but any loss from here, is a loss to all. Hurt on 9-1-1...that's a shame. We live an hour from the Pentagon...my sons father was up there too when the plane hit. Terrible. God bless August's family, and yours.

I'm so glad you are safe...I hope your sons father was as well...it was terrible...they say the aftermath is what was so bad...people couldn't breathe...affected their lungs...and still is...

Yes, he was safe, but the rush in traffic out of there panicked him, he passed out driving, and they think it was a small stroke....but perfectly fine now, thank you. Yes, I noticed the dates coincide. Such a sorrow, God bless.

A wonderful tribute to your fellow poet. 9/11 is still with us. It claims victims from time to time even after twenty years. You should use "since" instead of "sense" in the fifth line.
