This lovely rhyming poem expresses a strong faith with the eternal hope of all that what God's Word promises is lying ahead for His children. It is an uplifting posting that I enjoyed reading very much.

Very nicely done. I think there are a few places where you can smooth things out, but the rhyme and content are excellent. That's a great picture to go with the poem.

Nice piece of Spiritual Poetry having impressive phraseology, smooth flow throughout from the beginning to the end with lovely rhyming scheme, and beautifully depicting its theme.
2nd stanza is particularly noteworthy.

God answers the prayers in a way that we truly deserve. We should always be thankful for the small mercies and never lose faith in Him. Thank you for sharing a wonderful spiritual poem.

A lovely prayer Portia, a poem very much written from the heart. It is full of desire to love and serve Jesus. It is well written with lovely presentation too.

This is so good. The rhyme is amazing and the message your poem delivers repeats so accurately everything I learned in primary school religion periods.

Lovely poem and it reminds me of parts of Psalm 119. It's a calling to the Lord for His help to keep walking on His path. I liked "Shine Your light on the pathway I should take;" (It reminds me of Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet...) May we all fully embrace the Lord's teachings!

One suggestion:
Help me to stay focus and hear Your call - (focused) for the adjective.

This is a really well done poem. The rhymes and metre are really perfect and the words you chose just flow effortless from line to line. Strong message here as well as nice artwork
