Fantastic chapter, dear Samdra. I was pushing right with Latifah. My hubby was my coach formourmrjreemand quite helpful, I must say. Most men are not. The comment from Grant left me hopeful.

One nit. Tana was flushed. [Tania]

Superb and left me wanting more. Sending you my best today as always,
Sal XOs...

Thank you so very much for this really lovely review, dear Sal, and that beautiful sixth star. My late hubby wouldn't come anywhere near me when I was in labour, he was scared stiff! Lol. I had my mother by my side and she was thrilled to see her first grandson born. Men can be worse than babies sometimes! LOL.

I've taken out the last paragraph and replaced it with....

'I wish I had a camera or my phone with me so I could take a photo of you both.' Tania gazed down at the tiny baby nestled in her mother's arms, and a sudden unfamiliar feeling hijacked her emotions. To have a baby of her own one day, took over her heart, awakening all her sleeping maternal feelings...

The gunman will start the next chapter. It seems that is spoilt the warm moments of Peanut's birth. I agreed. Thank you so much for finding the nit, I've made the correction now. You are a love for telling me. Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Oh, Sandra...The hurricane and the delivery were awesome...You had it down perfectly. Mr. Trouble must have quite the arsenal to be able to get himself onto the private island during a hurricane... And past all the security. A suspenseful chapter in so many ways. Well done...Smiles, Carol

I just got home from the hospital, and my first read for the day was yours, of course...I couldn't wait to see where we were at and what was happening.

Congratulations on delivering the sweet baby girl! LOL

Aw, thank you so much, Carol, it was a nice part to write but didn't want to go into it too much because of the male readers. The ones that have read seem to have enjoyed it, though.

I've taken out the last paragraph with the gunman, because, reading between the lines of some reviews and a PM, I decided he will start the next chapter now. This chapter will just be about the joy of the baby's birth. Thank you so much for the sixth star, dear friend, I'm so happy you enjoyed this one. Warm hugs. Sandra xxx

That's like writing about Tiny... they don't like it if the pup and Amanda aren't happy. I understood the ending.. because that's your hook. Hugs, Carol

Gripping! I hope you don't know about emergency delivery from experience--this sounds as if you do! Tantalizing punchline--hurry back.

she could [lay=>LIE] back and relax with little Peanut.

Typo somewhere below?
Peter came too first, and grabbed the pegs off Grant and quickly handed them to Tania.

Hi Liz, thank you so much for this lovely review. I'm glad you enjoyed the baby's birth. I had something like that happen, but they managed to stop my labour for a few more weeks. Even then he came 4 weeks early. I had to stay in hospital for nearly 12 weeks.

I've had a few pm messages about the ending, and have taken it out and replaced it with...

I'll begin the next part with the gunman. It will be a much different chapter to this one! Lol. Thanks, my friend. I did appreciate those lovely comments. Warm hugs. Sandra xx

What an amazingly realistic account of the emergency birth. It would be hard to believe you haven't been there and done that! Great description of Tania's emotional response! Your last sentences ensure that this rollercoaster ride will continue. How is Grant going to handle this new development?

Wow, that was a surprise ending how did he get there with a hurricane going, but never mind that, this is a great ending to this episode, and certainly a trigger for the the next. Although Grant is in love with the incredible Tania, who delivered her first and last baby she says. A wonderful episode Sandra, well done, blessings Roy

Oh my goodness, you had me in suspense from the beginning with the hurricane in the background in the anticipation of this baby coming and then with the plot twist when the man shows up at the door with a gun. If I could check my pulse my heart rate would be up a little higher than normal. Good descriptive wording to bring us into the very room that peanut entered the world. I hope that the mama and the baby and everyone else will be OK from this gun man. But I don't look forward to hearing what might've happened to Grant.
