This story is as hear-wrenching to read as it was for you to write, Carol. There is nothing worse than having to tell someone you have loved for a long time that it is time to let go of life and say goodbye. Hugs.

My emotions are dripping all over my computer at the moment. That was probably one of the hardest stories I've ever written. I felt like I was relieving it with every stroke of the keys. Thanks for the review. Trying to smile, Carol

Dearest Mama Bear,
What a heart-rending true story flash! I have gone through the same with my dad. These final moments are very hard to erase.
You kept the narration fresh, very boldly descriptive and deeply sentimental at the same time even though I know how much it took to bring these memories up!
Trust me, writing is indeed cathartic here.
Well done!
Love,
DJ

Thanks for all the love, Baby Bear...
Papa Bear would appreciate it very much as Mama Bear does too. It was one of the hardest stories I've had to write and I can't stop crying yet. I am pleased that my true emotions came out in my words. Trying to smile, Carol
