Thank you for your kind words, and yes, I am proud. Proud of myself and Kathy and Arnold too! We seemed to be meant to meet and affect each other's lives, and so we did.

You were right about, the inevitable flux of change that occurred, when Kathy and Arnold came into my life, it changed things forever but, in a good way, in the end. I will edit that typo as soon as I am through with this reply.

This is a great story, Jesse! Not only was Kathy able to help you when you needed it, she created, with your help, a new life for herself and her fiance in the process. Before covid hit, I was volunteering at the Rescue Mission near me once a month, cooking and serving meals with a group of volunteers. It was very rewarding. Thanks for sharing this story.

That's great that you used to volunteer, Patricia, I hope you go back, and do it some more in the future. It is rewarding and they surely need it! I am glad you liked my true story. Kathy was great! This clearly shows that perseverance and hard work will bring one good results. Your words are well-chosen, the details are great, and there's good flow to your story. I enjoyed reading it.
May I suggest~
delete the word ending, and just add what you wrote as the paragraph it is--maybe add a sentence that states something like a year later, I met Arnold while I was at the Bay.
