What a colorful pair! Enjoyed your description of Vivian and Eddie. I wish to know more about what happened next. Did he do these beer runs often? Did he drive because she wasn't sober?

Vivian never drove, never learned to drive. She loved to be waited on hand and foot. Loved to act as if she was way upper class. Giving Vivian's beer consumption, I have no doubt it was 2 or 3 times a week. She lived surprisingly well into her 80's
