I guess I have to agree a sin and a crime are often two different things. I had never really thought about it. Hmmm, I am curious what will happen next. This just gets better and better.

I find this conversation interesting and revealing. I think there are things about Tom Warburton yet to be revealed. I can't imagine from what we've known in the past that there would be a reason why anyone should think ill of him. I can't imagine what might have happened after he discovered the body that might have changed. I'm looking forward as to what might be learned about him before he went into service. I'm enjoying your story.
