The author's words give a hint of fall, are clear and creative. I pondered
on the thought of summer's end - even though I live in Florida and it is
still a hot summer here! I do remember fall in New York. The poem flows and connects well. The artwork goes well with this poem.

Wow!! Poetries on season are my favourite..... Well-thought-out and well chosen words... writing in a syllabic pattern is tricky but you nailed it.. Thanks

This is gorgeous. Terrific descriptive imagery and visuals; awesome artistic presentation and that lovely photo. I feel strongly on the subject; since here in Nevada, we don't get all the seasons; and your poem made me nostalgic for the East Coat. This should do great in the contest; good luck in the booths, my friend.

Eternal Muse thank you so much, I certainly understand the contract of Nevada and the East Coast seasonal uniqueness.

"Leaves Curling", is short, succinct and very much to the point. With a minimum of words, this talented poet has told it as it is. It was a pleasure to both read and review this talented poet's work. Good luck with the contest! My fingers are crossed for you.

The scene is clear and summer fun closes its doors for another year and this is often the first sign that Autumn has taken hold, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

I'm less familiar than I should be with this poem form. You have used it nicely to convey melancholy thoughts of seasons change. Beautiful imagery and presentation. Good luck in the contest.

Minglement, thank you haiku is most often written about the contrast of a subject. Ergo the curling leaves, summers end.

Interesting, I see nothing wrong with this entry. I am ready for the leaves to change colors. A great time of the year and my favorite.
You did well with this. I hope you win.

Yes, even when the temps are still in the low nineties, there are signs of approaching autumn. Some mornings I feel definite hints of the season I love. You have chosen effective syllables to convey your message about the leaves changing shape before changing colors.
