Thank you greatly, Joan. The drive-bys are increasing here in Memphis. An 18-month old girl was hit recently. It is a horrible situation.

Drive-by shootings are such a cowards move. It's definitely a good recipient of God's revenge. Well done. The writing seems very small but it may be because I am on my phone. Did you use the Microsoft paint program?

Hi Janet. The streets are full of these people as the politicians prefer lawlessness over peace. They believe this will benefit them. Good job in the 5-7-5 format and the graphic as well.

I appreciate your comments, Robert. If the November election is not corrupted, maybe some of the callous and greedy politicians will be voted out of office. Law and order are primary components of a successful nation and have to be respected. (That is my soapbox message for today.) lol Stay safe and well, my friend! Janet

The virtual six is a delight, Ralf...you have uplifted my day for sure. :-) We have a big drive-by problem here in Memphis. Even children are victims. It is a terrible thing that doesn't seem to be getting enough attention from the politicians to get it stopped. Prayers are more important than ever. Blessings, Janet

God's revenge is just and I would not want to be one of those people. It is difficult to comprehend the mental process of a drive-by shooter. Thank you greatly, Jan, for your review of this posting. (I really like your kitty picture!) Smiles, Janet

Your poem is so true. Drive by shooters are definitely cowards. When my daughter's friend was shot in Mississippi that's another coward act. She was walking on the street with her grandson, who was shot, also.

What a heartbreaking situation...especially involving a child. I was close to a drive-by shooting once. I worked in prison ministry then and was helping someone move into an apartment. We heard shots and suddenly a fast car came around the corner. A few moments later a young woman walked around the corner holding hands with her young son. Her leg was bleeding.

What a scary episode you had. The weapons are definitely not used a safe way sometimes. I also had a nephew who was shot by his father-in-law. Very hard to understand.
