Clearly written for the benefit of a fellow Fanstorian, this uses a tight little form with which I am connected, though the bulk of the the credit for its creation in reality belongs to Carol. I just gave it a name. Keep your chin up Mary K. We are thinking of you.

Thank you so much, Jim! It's to no avail that you keep saying you only gave it a name - your name is forever associated with the form. ☺
Appreciate your kind thoughts for Mary K - they've survived the virus and still have more struggles.
Please stay safe and healthy!

I'll try.

I have not seen this form before and you did it justice Helen and your poem is appropriate for Sunday. Words filled with faith and hope and the world is indeed crying right now inside desperation, much enjoyed, have a great Sunday, love Dolly x

Thank you, Dolly! We just finished church via Zoom. It's an odd feeling of almost connecting.
Have a lovely day!
Hugs!

I hope the 'fervent cry' contained in your poem has a healing response for Jorge and is a comfort to Mary Kay. Sharing difficult times is a lovely service of community in prayer.

Thank you so much, Helen, for this beautiful, impassioned prayer poem for my husband -- it goes for me too, because I was so distressed by his condition when I called 911, and for a number of reasons (not all of which I know or understand), I am often feeling disturbed, being alone.
The Sapphonic Triad is a complex and beautiful form, and you have filled it well -- the scripture verse selection is perfect, and the lines of your poem are full of empathy, comforting and thought-provoking.
Thank you, my friend! I am deeply touched. May the Lord hear and answer our heartfelt prayers. Amen.
