You have quoted some of my favorite scriptures. During this crisis Isaiah 40:31 gives me the strength to keep going, even though I may be exhausted. Hopefully we will see light at the end of the tunnel soon!

But if I may suggest a rewording of "God is looking down..."
When I initially read your offering, I thought He was looking down - as in derision.
Perhaps: God is looking upon or God looks upon...
