This was great! I love that you guys write from both your points of view. I also know that kidney stones are terrible so I felt that. It was beautifully written and makes me want to start my own novel.

I'm enjoying this cute story. There is always something new going on and I guess you like to leave us with cliff hangers. Nice cast of character and dialogue.

Hi Beth! So glad you are enjoying this story and like the cast of characters and dialogue. Yes, we do leave cliff hangers in several chapters. The book is in three parts, so it may get more intense in a different way when Bill is in Vietnam. Stay tuned. Chapter 24 is written and will be posted soon. Take care and God Bless.

I like the unique style and formatting in which you write your stories. The vocabulary is quite different and makes for a fun read. Glad go to see the baby is ok so far and the thought its father had about leaving and never coming back to his family again would be quite natural at this point one could say!
Also, grandma and grandpa have a fun relationship! Kept cracking me up haha!
Best wishes for the coming chapters! :-)

Oh, my! To have kidney stones while pregnant could not have been fun at all for Cathy. The prescribed treatment sounds like it should have worked. I love this line: "I pray to God . . . that your training was better than that of the Viet Cong!"
