So sorry to hear about your surgery and the difficulty of the smog/smoke from the fires. We get there even as far up in the northwest when there's a fire in Canada. Hope you have some way to keep your indoor air clean and can do gentle walking in place. Sending a prayer for quick healing, Geoff.

Thanks dear friend for the prayers. Hoping it is light enough today to go to the shops in our Western City as we are going to the hearing centre to get a new mold made for one of my hearing aids.
