I learned something new about the Babylonians today! The opening paragraphs of this piece drew me in because I enjoy reading such "fun facts" about history. Your usage of the keywords also shined, especially the imagery of being trapped by a padlock. I would have liked to see them incorporated in a plot though. Instead of a story, this feels like a stream-of-consciousness piece, or a blog post. But as such, it was enjoyable to read. :-)

Hilarious... or not... depending on how you look at it.. :) I find it amusing because how many of us have so many activities that drain the time and then have days when we had nothing, but voila! it's night time already! ;) Thanx for the smiles today and best of luck at the polls! ;)
