How very true this short poem is for most parents, I would think. For many, the birth of a first child marks the day it stops being all about "me", and suddenly there's something more important. (I wrote this before I read your description line, and I don't feel like erasing it lol). Very nice job, Melissa. Best of luck. Craig

Thanks so much, Craig, for your lovely comment. Good to hear from you... I have been out so much lately, I nearly feel like a stranger. Haha!! Much appreciated.

Wow, wonderful.
How true is this?
Nothing like a baby to totally
rearrange a world.
Always for the good though.
They quite enlarge our worlds.
An awesome entry!
Blessings...

I relished your succinct poem about parental love and reinforcing picture. By the way, I want one of those support pillows! Best wishes in the competition and happy Sunday- Joan

What a delightful photo to compliment your contest entry! So beautiful to hold babies so precious. I think parents must be over the moon at the sight of their first born, and more siblings just make it better! Best of luck with your contest entry, I think this one is a winner XXK.

Hey there! Thanks so much for the lovely review. I agree that holding your own babies is precious and there is nothing quite like it. I appreciate your comments!

It's nice when authors share their baby feelings. Some details about how many children and how old they are in authors notes helps us to establish the facts of your poem better. Thanks.
