I value life greatly , so much so that I had to fight to be allowed to give my son birth. He had been conceive in an act of rape and those close to me wanted me to abort, which I could not do. So instead I gave him life and placed him for adoption, I found him when he was 35 and he thanked me for giving him life. Patricia

Thank you so much, dear TA. I appreciate your kind review and appreciation of my work. My oldest son has been real sick and struggling with his health for some time. I was thinking today when I saw him how blessed I was to be a mom in good times and even in the not-so-good. It is still such a wonderful blessing to be called?mom.
All my best,
Sal

Beautiful story, Sally. I understand why you wanted to connect the story of the first murder to the abortion later. But I think you could have just started right after the ***** because you do a great job in pulling in all the details in the young woman's life. The first part, also well-written, rather detracts and sets the reader for more Biblical stories. So glad that you were there to bless that lady and pray for her and praise God for answering!
I was curious why you used the Spanish form of the name for Noah as you have Noe. But the Hebrew name is Noah with that 'h' like in the German 'ch' as in Bach.

Thank you for the excellent review and insightful comments. I am glad you liked it. I used Noe since it is the more familiar Greek translation of the Hebrew?Noach. Noah spelled like that reminds me of a soap opera star. I was trying to be more...biblical. I will change for you if you like.
All my best, dear Helen.

Oh, you don't have to change it for my sake, Sally. Do what you feel is right. I was thinking of the reader and what would be most familiar to the reader.

Dear Sally,
I could not justify rating this "Exceptional" write less than Six Stars, for the emotional impact of this story. It was heartfelt from its beginning to end, narrating the story of the first infraction and first crime, clearly and factually, to the present day and a crime so often overlooked in its intent and depth - to me, poetic in narration...Eve

Eve dear, thank you. An outstanding rating and review from a writer as accomplished as yourself means so much. It is a blessing to see you today, and, hopefully, many days in the future. What just transpired in New York broke my heart. You will most likely see more of this in the days ahead.
All my best,

You are very welcome, Sally, in my opinion, well deserved. What just happened in New York - I haven't had either the radio or TV on, so I don't know...Eve

I remember my elder child sorrowing over the miscarriage loss of her pot (in Heaven now) second child, if that's not enough, the deliberate abortion of a child has to be murder, but in deception and ignorance, it's not something one would recover, the regret of potential mums must be manifold, Lord forgive them. Well done Sally, great testimony, blessings, Roy

Thank you so much Roy. I feel the same way, obviously. What just transpired in the state of New York just sickened my husband and me. This article was in my lap when I saw the law signed on the news.
