OMG! Barbara, Drew must come home and the guards have to come in! Patricia sounds drunk, and that is dangerous. Well, you've certainly left us hanging, my friend. I'll watch out for the next part. Big hugs, my friend. Sandra xx
I've got the most terrible toothache, and can't see a dentist until 17th September, so as you can guess I am not feeling like writing at the moment. The pain killers are making me dozy too. So, I won't be posting for a while. xx

How horrible about your tooth. I will pray for some relief. Thank you for the kind review.

One thing I notice right off is tour characters' actions have follow- through. This makes for a three-dimensional character. Much more interesting to follow. Your present setting is certainly helping shape the characters. Close situations really bring out the worst in people. And it seems there is not so pleasant a history attached to the place. You leave the reader wanting to read the next page, oh... that's in the next chapter. Well written.

Thank you for the encouraging review.

Oh dear. Poor Shana seems to be in danger from this unbalanced woman. I don't know how she's going to keep the situation under control until Drew arrives. That gun waving around makes me nervous!

Shana seems to have got herself into a whole mess of trouble now, with Patricia pulling a gun. The security didn't figure on Patricia being a problem, apart from getting Patricia into debt and blackmailing her into attempting to kill Shana, Shana is a much more worthy attachment than Patricia, well done Barbara, great twist in the story, attacking the vulnerable, well done, blessings, Roy

Well done Barbara

Patricia is really bat-shit crazy! And I'm annoyed at Shana for allowing her to send the security guard away. Why was he there if not to protect her. Your story is really heating up. Very interesting chapter, Barbara. And just the right length, too. You get right to the meat of the action right away. Some writers are so darned long-winded. This was great!

Thank you for the kind review and the support. I often have people who want me to add a lot of flowery words. I don't like reading it so I don't write it.
