What a lovely expression of your personal definition of faith. By having to kneel each day you discipline yourself to be thankful (gratitude) and humble before God. Both practices evoke a flow of grace in your life so as a daily practice it is inspiring. Nicely done and thank you very much for sharing it.

Yes we don't know how lucky we are in life just to be well fed, in fact half of us eat for two people and shorten our lives by becoming overweight, whilst their are so many others who are starving, a poignant write Ricky, love Dolly x
