Very nice Michael. I have to say it was a little hard to read but, once I caught what was being said it was a oooooolalalalala moment! Good luck. A clever presentation and wonderful write. xoxo deborah

A very well-written 5-7-5 poem. After the night has gone and we wake up alone in bed, the dream is over and loneliness sets in again to leave us with the heartache to deal with.

Hi Michael,
Very nice piece here, painting the scene very well. This is so you, too...lol
Ah the lament of the left behind lover. Sweet sorrows or a promise of tomorrow?
Nice

I think I can relate- though I am married and not alone often. I know have had some times over the years where I was alone - and holding onto the pillow - tossing and turning you can smell the faint scents of that one you love and wish was there with you. Nicely written. Sherman541
