A beautiful poem that, well at least I think, came from the heart. It is beautifully written and has a sense of caring in it. The photo matches the poem perfectly too.

The beginning of love is a joyous thing. I've been married for 26 happy years. I hope your new love endures as well. Good flow and rhythm to your poem. Well formed with good structure. Thank you for sharing your work.

Nicely written poem and flowed great. New love is always fun and an adventure, to find you true soulmate is what everyone desires. So when you do, hold on tight and never let go. Thank you for sharing, NB

It's nice to rhyme your work and make it aabb but if you lose your truest thought then have no rhyme instead. I was told this by another member and I can see why. Sometimes rhyme just hold you back.

You know, that can really happen? And it makes traveling such an adventure when you're single, because you just never know. Loved this, blessings...

This is a lovely poem you've penned, my friend. It has nice rhyme and a quick pace, making it a delightful read. The picture reminds me of Rhett Butler and Scarlett O'Hara in Gone with the Wind:)) ~Kerry

A beautiful poem depicting love's first encounter and all the promises yet to be fullfilled. The rhyme and rythm was spot on: simple yet moving. Well Done !!!

That's life. Full of wonderful surprises. Sometimes you meet a stranger and he becomes the centre of your world.
Thanks for sharing this lovely poem.

Hello fastdigits, this is a poem that leaves you with the feeling of ahh. Your poem is beautifully penned with silky rhyming. I especially liked:
We were strangers who met
in a moment destiny had set
The silent words we spoke
And suddenly our hearts awoke
(Very lovely. Just beautiful. Soulful.)
And so ... In the mystique of the night, love blossomed
and dreams came to life, and tomorrow is but a joyful heartbeat away.
And that's all she wrote.
Gorgeous artwork choice. Heartfelt writing. Keep the blue waters flowing. LateBloomer
p.s. I'm glad I signed on tonight.

And so once more as the night sky comes into view, twinkling stars light up the universe. Thank you so much for those glimmering stars.
