You sound like most of the members of my writers group who seem to have dozens of reasons for not writing. The fact you wrote this poem is a bold step forward and I admire your optimism. Good quatrains using ABCB rhyme.

Poet hopes, firmly believe, is positive to write anything for he knows she will come and inspire him and definitely he will write; this is inspirational and motivating as I can relate to such state; I enjoyed the creative read.

Hi Sandra, I like your comparison... being Dutch borne, one thing I have real trouble with is riding a bike (go figure!), as I have no balance once my feet do not touch the ground!
