You think they're stumped--so am I. I've yet to figure out these different forms and then there's rules about nature and so many other variations. lol

If in doubt, I rearrange and call it a 5-7-5. Let readers figure it out.

I remember being in middle school and having to write them. That was before I knew I could actually write poems, though I don't write haikus or senryus. I do like to read them though. Good job with this

Thanks, Meghan. I don't recall even knowing about the form until I came to FS. How sad it that!

Yeah I remember having to do them in like sixth grade, I'd fly through it writing something that didn't really make sense but it somehow got the job done.
