It's kind of appropriate that I open your rondelet as the poem connected with my thinking over the last twenty four hours. Yesterday I took a dying gentleman on an outing, followed up on funeral arrangements for a friend who we've been helping through dark times, and visited a sick colleague who poured her heart out to me for three hours. I am feeling emotionally and spiritually drained. But, then your message comes in probing questions:
will you reach out to dry a tear?
is there a difference you can make
to soothe a grief, or calm a fear,
to lend a hand, or just be near? They remind me why I do it.
For his name's sake.
Thank you for being the one who reminds me. Loved it.

My goodness you brought a tear to my eye. What wonderful things to do. You truly practice what you believe and, no doubt, bring a lot of joy to those who need it. I am sure the people you mention were grateful for the time and consideration you gave to them. Bless you for your efforts and for caring.

Hi my friend
I believe that those who belive are always prepared and ready to stretch a hand to help. This is so because they are spiritually committed inside.
There is so much love in this world. I think many are ready.

Hi there,
I am glad you including the guide, as I get very confused by all these forms. I am primarily a prose writer.
I thought this worked very well. The questions posed are not huge big questions, but soft almost pleading. Very nicely penned.
