The picture of the severely damaged face complements your horror story perfectly. This one is certainly scary. A pity a guy, not you I assume, mutilated this girl so badly. He made her into a doll.

Nope, not me, Ine. I just bury 'em alive. Where's the fun in killing them first, heh-heh? I'm only joking, of course.
Thanks a bunch for your comments, and have a lovely weekend coming up. :}

Oh that is awful, but so well written and how wicked! You always end up making me laugh and there is really nothing funny about it. Yet the humour is on your side, poor Dolly!. Well done. Ulla

Well, there is...sort of, Ulla. I always ike including a little dark humor in my stories, if the situation calls for it. You know also, a lot of people laugh when they get sacred, too. It's a pretty common response to terror for a many people.
Anyhow, I'm so glad you 'enjoyed' the story. Your responses are always appreciated, laughing or otherwise. :}

Hi Dean. Another of your little stories I see... well... yes of course. lol.
I like the humour and the way you've written it. Horror described in a casual conversational way can magnify the effect, in my opinion.
Another good addition to Tiny Tales of Terror.
:) Mel.

Dean; I think your dolly is not speaking to you, she's speechless. Your collection of love dolls just look at you. Do you feel alone in a crowd. Very well done for your stories of boils and ghouls...interesting, yes! You are very talented! Hope that Amazon publishes you. Your books should fly off the shelves! You have an in connection with the editors! flylikeaneagle

There you go again with the teasing little pieces of terror.
Nicely done and I loved the twist in the middle. Did not see that one coming.
I love your tiny tales of terror and I hope they don't end soon.
Thank you

Thanks a bunch, Barb. me and everyone else who's writing them seem to be coming up with new ideas all of the time, so hopefully they'll continue just as long as good people like yourself show an interest in reading them. I very much appreciate the generous rating and fantastic comments, as always.
All my best!

Another well written tale that made me squirm. How do you think of all these bizarre tales? Sort of a living taxidermy doll here--well almost since the technician is still working the bugs out. This is certainly Tales from the Crypt worthy. Yikes!

I missed a few chapters. Something about making a human doll. That is creepy. Somehow, this chapter reminds me of John Wayne Gacy. They must be thinking... gauze down your throat, all you can do is think. Now I know why there is no quotations. It creeped me out in a good way. wackydo

Hi Dean. Reader gets caught up in this interesting, scary, sinister short story. Descriptive with good word choices in monologue. Well done. Marilyn

I have a kewpie doll that sits on my jewelry box--a Christmas gift when I was 5. Won't part with that doll. When my little grandsons come over they tell me the doll is creepy and that it moves. Now here are two kids who like monsters, aliens, yada yada, but are terrified of a kewpie. Go figure. Write about that, Dean Kuch! Marilyn
-
I just might do that, Marilyn, LOL. Don't tempt me. Heh-heh... :}
-
Run with it.
-
Can I just walk, really, really fast? If I run, my internal defibrillator tends to go off, heh-heh...

You are the resident master of horror. No surprises you always deliver your horror stories. This time you are a surgeon plucking the eyes out of a patient to make them more glamorous. Oops! You lost the patient. I liked your monologue. There is no one like you! The picture used enhances your story.
