God, what a beautiful poem. It's funny how grief can inspire sensational writing and puts us in touch with all that truly matters. A tearjerker, for sure...

sandra, A wonderful poem to cheer up Brooke. I do hope she is well
soon and back on fanstory. I know she will love this poem. I really
like the last part about adding a hug and so much love for you.

Hi Jenny, it came on very suddenly I think, she wasn't aware of it until her daughter, Miranda, thought something was wrong. She has a very aggressive form of MS. I can't begin to imagine how she must be feeling. thank you for your lovely review, my friend. xsx Sandra

Sandra, how can someone rate this anyyhing less then a six. Your words and tribute are priceless. I hope she hurries back, because my commas are getting way out of whack!

Thank you so much, my friend. Your review and 6 stars are so kind. Brooke tried teaching me in one of her classes, where and when to use commas. I am sure she raised her eyes a few times after my course was finished when she read my work, I still have problems, :( I am not sure she will be back from what her daughter told us. It is all very sad. Sandra xxx

Sandra, I feel like I'm in the dark on this situation. I'm writing a short Mango and Bert story for her, but I don't want to say snything out of line. Can you brief me on what's going on?

A lovely sonnet with great imagery representing things much loved, promise, and good fortune. Its end couplet brings in gifts of a personal nature, most important of all in a situation like this one.

Hi Sandra
I've been off the site so much I had no knowledge of this awful news of Brooke's health. I am so very sorry to hear this. Your poem is so very beautifully written in tribute to the wonderfully inspiring poet that Brooke is. I know she will love reading it, as she loves dandelions. I love her poems which are models of perfection and often bring a smile. I, too, will be praying for her.
God bless you my dear friend...

Thank you so very much, my friend, for your lovely review and 6 star rating. I am still in shock with the news, goodness knows how Brooke feels. Such a cruel illness to inflict on her so quickly. Let's hope and pray a miracle is due and she gets one. Sandra xxx

You're welcome Sandra. Yes Brooke must be really downhearted, as well as her loving family. It is a shock. I agree ...we pray she may have a miracle. God bless xxx

The images and descriptions in your poetic form are comforting. A rainbow I will pluck out from the sky is a wonderful line that reminds me of Brooke's poetry. I do hope she gets well soon.
