pure love , magic and delicate anticipations the legend of fairies create!

I have always love fairy poems and stories, and this is one that beams with
pure love , magic and delicate anticipations the legend of fairies create!
Loved it from beginning to end, your theme and message is truly delightfully

As a child and that was so long ago I can't remember, my mother took me to see a production of J.M.Barrie's Peter Pan and for years kept embarrassing me by telling my friends how I ran down the Isle encouraging the other kids to cheer in order to revive the dying Tinkerbell.
So you see even a 73 year old ex Royal Marine Commando can have a soft spot for fairies. I loved your easy flowing well written poem and thought it quite beautiful as it reminded me of the story I have just told as well as of my mum dead these 24 years. Thank you

What a wonderful story. I am sure as a teenager you found it most embarrassing for your mum to tell that story, but now it gives you a fond memory. I am happy this poem reminded you of your mum.

Your aabb, iambic tetrameter quatrains are skillfully developed and they work well with repeated line to create a mystical sense of time. Very enjoyable.
