Thank you for introducing me to your corner of creation -- at least as it was intended to be. Makes me long for the time when all is restored. I am reading this at my favorite time of the day -- just as the sun is peeking over the trees to brighten the day. God bless.

Jean, Thanks for reading and glad you enjoyed a little of our culture. Yes, it will all come together once we pass through the darkness. Love, Kay.

Great poem, paints me a perfect picture of this beautiful land, which from your profile and name I'm going to assume is Australia. Thanks for sharing and keep on writing.

No matter what happens in one's own country, it will often hold a special place in your heart, no matter where you find yourself. Thanks for sharing this well done poem.

You write with all the passion of a lover, Australia is unique among all the lands of the earth, with all her her own flora and fauna, God has mas made every land peculiar to itself, you have written an articulate, well designed and composed poem. Kay, descriptively expressed in eloquent text, I enjoyed this nicely scribed poem, well done, Roy.

Australia does have some beautiful birds and creatures, of the tropical kind-I have heard of some of them. Good descriptive language to describe the beauty of Nature and her goodness. How sad, that people don't appreciate enough and have to resort to destruction rather than enjoy their country. Enjoyable read. Faye
