This is a great poem for this writing prompt! I especially liked the lines "Though he stood there Knocking day and night. Knocking and knocking until I finally gave in". I like the idea of opening the heart's door to God. I noticed a couple really small typos: "Gods" should be "God's" and "hearts" should be "heart's". Just thought I'd point those out in case you hadn't caught them already. Your poem is really well done and I enjoyed reading it. Good luck in the contest. :)
