I have heard and read many excuses that try to make a reporter/s victim/s of their job. Once I had the desire to actually do physical harm to a professional reporter who asked if her son's suicide was expected. Others, like myself has spent hours with the family trying to make conversation to ease their discomfort and anger. Anger at themselves for not seeing the loved ones problems. This is very well written. You've earned your sixer.
