This is an intense piece and extremly technical, it it that way because that is what the character would say, is the guy void of some emotion? because one brother is very real the other sounds like he is reciting a text book.

James is a genius with an IQ of 185. He also has a photographic memory. He is only 18 and his brother Charlie is 14.

I think I need to go back and read some chapters to fully understand wht is going on. It seems quite good from what I have read. Very descriptive, I don't know how old these two brothers are but one of them is exremely smart. I saw one thing .. my sobs as meaning I missed(space)her.. Alex :)

Serial killers are a source of endless fascination and also fear. The one that I really fall hard for are the families who happen to be linked to them-- the stigma is tremendous, plus the fear that one may be in anyway alike by virtue of ... as is the fear of poor Charlie.
I hope he is wrong about his own fears.

I am not an official, but what I have read so far it seems that nurture is the greatest obstetrical to becoming serial killer. Many have been diagnosed with the MAOA Gene but most never harm anyone. Whether there is a gene requires much, much more study.

I can tell you did your research. This is another really good job. I wish I had a six to give you;.

Why is it when a person cannot sleep, they have this uncontrollable need to wake up someone to tell them? (I had to smile at this because, I am a person who needs my sleep. As a mother of 4 boys, my boys when they were teenagers always chose to wake me up to talk about things bothering them. I never understood why they couldn't talk earlier or wait until morning, but with boys if you didn't let them talk, they change their mind.)

sobs as meaning I missing her - missed her
I didn't want to frighten her, so - add comma
I preferred to walk, claiming - add comma
Excellent dialogue between James and Charlie, a good way to include information on serial killers without making it sound like an information dump
also known as MAO-A, is an enzyme - drop the "is"
James, it is important that you understand among - I think you mean Charlie, it is important
stuff rattling around in my head, and I have - add comma
and wondering why Charlie still didn't ask - and wondered
Brooke :-)

Thanks so much for catching the spags. I am glad you didn't find this too technical...I was a bit worried about that.

I think it is necessary to get the information in. You have to do it somewhere. Not every chapter can be a dramatic tracking down clues or confronting Dad scene.
