I enjoyed this chapter, visiting before the storm. I really like the aunt and uncle. Just what they needed at the right time. Good Job Valerie! I wish somebody would have left me a cabin. LOL! XO

James can put his foot down when he puts his mind to it. This is very well written and has a smooth flow of words. I hope you are going to let James speak at the trial. It's one of his strongest scenes.

Interesting chapter, fast moving, and still full of things that I know are going to be important as the story unfolds. the Aunt and Uncle are still an unknown factor for the reader,but I guess their influence will beneficial. The plot is still gripping.

The aunt and uncle play an important but low-key role in this book. You will get to know them better, but through observation. I am pleased you found this both interesting and helpful.

This story is incredibly interesting. I can't imagine how I would feel if I were in this family. You are doing an excellent job of making it very believable. I can see why her sister would look ten years younger even though she is older. With all that the mother has been through it is a wonder she doesn't look 90
