Because Haiku is so very personal and intriguing I would never suggest any change. I can tell you that with the bottom two lines filled with numbers it crossed my mind a number in line one might be fun.

Simple and to the point. What about saying how the people there were feeling in one line? Or do something to add a little more flavor to the piece. good job.

You've expressed NY in NY celebrations very vividly; seems like great fun. I hope everyone's nice wishes come true.
