This chapter ratcheted up the tension as these guys follow Sami home and break into her apartment. We don't really get much from them, just some second hand info from Noah that they are part of a girl smuggling ring with some link to a step daughter Sami met at the hospital. But the scene is unnerving and Sami's vulnerability comes through here. She bristles, though, at how Noah manages the situation with the broken door. She has this need to maintain control and he kind of placates it. So this tug of war with Noah continues. I thought maybe you could have had those guys put up more of a struggle with the arriving police to inject some action. estory

I thought about having more information about these men, but it doesn't really move the story along. All we needed to know was they were a threat. Thank you for the kind review.

Awesome write. It was exciting, interesting, sexy in a classy way, and satisfying in that Sami remained safe and out of harm's way. I really like the way the relationship between Noah and Sami is progressing.

I really enjoyed this chapter! The way you captured the tension with the door situation had me hooked. The back and forth over the dog was so funny. It felt natural. I loved how you made me smile even in the middle of a tense situation. Your characters have such strong personalities. Keep up the great work!

Hi Barbara, and welcome back from you Christmas visit wit the family. This is a great chapter. There's still problems but Noah seems to have the answer. Three more to go and we will have the conclusion. Hugs, Ulla xxx

Barbara, I haven't found time to catch up on stories like yours, so I've decided to review each chapter I do get to read. One day I will catch up. ;)
Your dialogues and personal relationship interactions are consistently appealing and I'm sure readers enjoy your ability to create and to build up characters. Excellent work! I have a positive note for you:
This was a good description with a similar of fireworks. That truly creates imagery foe the reader and also expresses how he feels about her. They
"Honestly my favorite part was watching you enjoy it. Your eyes sparkled so much; I couldn't keep from watching them. They were like fireworks."
Keep up your successful writing and I look forward to reading all your work this new year!
Alexandra :)
ps Have you released any more fami l y/son stories? I'll have to look. They are enjoyable.
